A human glossary powered by the Black community
in collaboration with beauty expert Ateh Jewel, our online human glossary of afro and textured hair terms empowered more open communication of these words outside of the Black community and made sure it became part of mainstream culture.
Impact
A leap towards inclusion, not just diversity
A simple campaign that gained traction in mainstream media titles and with social influencers in a space where afro and texture hair never get the spotlight.
